One of the main reasons that your total has dropped is due to payments being rejected by the donor’s bank or card provider.


When donations are made we recognise the donations has gone through. Card payment providers carry out additional checks and may reject the donations due to not meeting the payment authentication requirements. 

If the donor has confirmed funds have left their bank account, but they are still not showing on your fundraising page, please let us know so that we can check with the card payment processor as to why we have not received their notification.

Please be assured that if the donation is not displayed on the fundraising page, the funds will be sent straight to the charity account.
