What happens when I cancel my account?
After we have cancelled your account you will be removed from MuslimGiving.
When your account has been closed no further fundraising pages can be created for your charity. If anyone uses your former MuslimGiving page URL to access the page, they'll see a 404 message error that looks something like this:
What will happen to any active fundraising pages we have?
- No new pages can be set up
- Current fundraising pages will remain open until they expire
How long will I have access to my charity account after I cancel?
Once your charity account is cancelled you will no longer have access to any payment or donation report.
What happens if I want to come back to MuslimGiving?
It is easy to rejoin please contact our support team.
Will you still pay us the donations and claim Gift Aid?
If we are claiming your Gift Aid agent (UK charities only) we will continue to claim Gift Aid on any donations and make the payments to your registered bank account.
