Many charities struggle to effectively manage the declarations and submission process required to achieve their maximum return on their Gift Aid claims. Many charities have real concerns about their readiness to undergo an HM Revenue & Customs audit.


No need to worry we can process your Gift Aid claims for you. All you have to do is register your interest by completing the form online by visiting your charity admin dashboard (Onboarding section) and submit the form or email the Finance Team at finance@muslimgiving.org, who will be happy to help. Alternatively, please complete the attached form and email it to finance@muslimgiving.org 


1. As soon as we receive the CHV1 form back from you we will submit that to HMRC for approval. 


2. HMRC will write back to Muslim Giving and your charity with an agent confirmation letter (May take up to 6 weeks to hear back from HMRC)


3. After receiving the agent confirmation from we are all set to make Gift Aid claims on behalf of your charity. 


Muslim Giving will make Gift Aid claims four times a year as a registered agent for HRMC, you will receive the claimed funds 3 working days after Muslim Giving receives the funds from HMRC. 


Muslim Giving is able to claim Gift Aid on all eligible donations made on the platform, even donations made before you signed up for the Gift Aid service.


Gift Aid service is only available to UK-registered charities. 


We charge service fees of 5% on the total claims approved by HMRC.
