We will only issue a refund donation if you made it accidentally and report it within 24 hours. We send all processed donations automatically every week to your charity.
If you have passed the 24 hour period contact the charity you donated to and explain you would like a refund and they are happy for us to refund, the charity should contact our support team within 24 hours and we will issue you a full refund.
You will receive the funds back into the account usually within 5 - 10 working days.
Please be advised Muslim Giving will not be able to process any refunds on donations made over 1 week. These will need to be refunded by the charity directly.
