Making sense of your data
There’s a lot of data included in your payment and donation reports. You can easily filter the areas you need most to produce a summary for your team.
Tips to manage:
- Hide columns you don't need
- Reconcile the totals for Gift Aid claims (UK Charities only)
- Understand who your fundraisers are and if they are part of a team
- Find out which team captain, campaign or fundraising page did better
- Create specific reports by campaign or events
- You can tally up each column in the CSV file to see the total amount raised and reconcile it with your accounts
- Filter by Zakat donation
- Filter by giving levels to understand what works better
- View donations on specific dates
- Reconcile with existing data to understand new and repeat supporters
