If your donation is rejected we will not be able to take your donation and you will not be charged.  


Depending on the issue you could try the transaction again or double-check the card details including the expiry date and security code is correct.

Check you have entered your card number and expiry date correctly.

Update any saved cards in your account

You may have saved expired or incorrect card details and it is auto-completing.

Contact your card provider

If your donation is rejected a second time, contact your card provider.
