Under settings; user management, the administrator of the charity can add, remove and set permission levels for all existing and new staff members. Volunteers can also be added with limited access. 

The permission levels include: 

  • create user 
  • edit user 
  • edit charity profile 
  • manage fundraising page 
  • view analytics 
  • create campaigns 
  • edit campaigns 
  • approve campaign request 
  • view donation reports 
  • view payments
